Morgan Nasr practices in Family Law and serves as an Agent for the Director of the Family Responsibility Office. With a deep commitment to her clients and a meticulous approach to legal practice, Morgan ensures that each case receives personalized and thorough attention.
Morgan’s academic achievements are substantial and diverse. She earned her B.A. (Hons. Spec.) in English Language and Literature from the University of Western Ontario in 2013, where she also obtained a Certificate in Business French. She further pursued her legal education at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, earning her Canadian and U.S. Juris Doctor degrees in 2016. Her academic excellence was recognized with a Book Award for the highest grade in the Family Law, Law Firm Practice Program at Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Morgan is actively involved in the legal community and volunteer activities. She is a member of the Essex Law Association and a Committee Member of the Kiwanis Music Festival. Morgan also contributes significantly to pro bono work, supervising the Trans ID Clinic Project for Pro Bono Students Canada. Additionally, she serves as the Board President of the Sexual Assault Crisis Centre of Essex County, demonstrating her dedication to supporting and improving her community. Morgan remains connected to her alma mater, the University of Windsor, by acting as a sessional instructor for the Windsor Legal Practice Simulation.
